On the eve of International youth day west Godavari district collector ordered all colleges to conduct intercollegiate competitions. In this regard the department of youth services of west Godavari district had conducted elocution, essay writing, poster presentation and quiz competitions for the students of west Godavari district. The themes of the competitions are as follows. Elocution topic was on Contribution on youth in community development environment protection, publicizing the priority programs of government like navaratnalu etc. Essay writing topic was on Transforming food systems: youth innovation for human and planetary health, particularly in view of the impact of the covid-19 pandemic, issued related to its effect on human health, environment and food system Poster presentation was on Importance of blood donation, organ donation, traffic rules like wearing helmet, seat belt etc.
